The Key to A Killer Process

Process matters when it comes to supporting busy executives. A killer process is a support partners way to help an executive get out of all of the work that slows them down, that they aren’t good at and don’t like to do. Creating and implementing a process will expedite the delegation journey for you and your executive and will allow them to take back their time and energy to focus on their most impactful contribution, and nothing’s more important than their time and energy!

In this session, Eileen Coombes will share the secrets and best practices to creating a killer process that will allow your executive to effectively delegate and handoff tasks and projects on their plate and set you up for success as their most valuable asset!
